as posted by the channel

On Friday, Robert Baker tried to walk off the stand. He previously confessed to killing Fabio Sementilli in his Woodland Hills home in January 2017. While the prosecution was asking him questions, he heard one that he didn’t like and tried to walk off the stand. The questions regarded his ‘Other than honorable discharge’ from the military after being involved in a previous case for lewd acts with a minor. He said he would not talk about this previous case as the prosecution continued their questioning.
