The couple initially struggled but later attempted to reconcile. However, when things didn’t work out, Tuerk allegedly murdered McLean because she wanted to permanently end the relationship. Tuerk’s defense attorney later introduced shocking evidence showing that McLean had been active on dating websites and had sent explicit photos of herself to strangers online.
