Taymor McIntyre, also known as rapper Tay-K, is accused of murdering Mark Anthony Saldivar in Bexar County, Texas in 2017. McIntyre allegedly robbed Saldivar and then shot and killed him in a Chick-fil-A parking lot near a local mall. Police say McIntyre immediately took off from the Lone Star state, but was eventually arrested in New Jersey. While he was on the run, the rapper released a song called “The Race,” which went viral, and the music video featured his wanted poster. Right now, Tay-K is serving a 55-year prison sentence for a different murder conviction and faces capital murder charges in this case.
