Kent Keller, who was the fire chief of the Chandler Fire Department at the time of Charles Vallows’ death, took the stand Tuesday. He detailed what the crime scene looked like when he arrived and his crews began doing life-saving measures on Charles Vallow. Keller said based on what he saw and the procedures they did on the victim, he was dead before emergency crews arrived at the home.
