Austin Chronister is accused of keeping women in his home, assaulting them, forcing them to have sex against their will, and changing their last names. One of his alleged victims spoke to the court and pleaded with a judge to keep his existing curfew in place, explaining the curfew he has is the only reason she can sleep at night. Ultimately, the judge kept the curfew in place.
