Sundwall is accused of killing her friend, Kacee Lyn Terry, so she could cash in on her life insurance policy. Lawyers from both sides questioned a detective in the case and gave statements. The state was asking for the charges of aggravated murder and another to be “bound over for trial.” The judge ruled that they will be back later this month for a status hearing.
