This is the second trial for Sheila Agee, as her first ended in a mistrial due to misconduct issues among the jury. Keith Agee was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Sims, 18, was gunned down at a Home Depot; Sims and Keith Agee shared a 2-year-old daughter. Investigators claim texts between Sheila and Keith Agee prove Sheila helped plot the murder.
