10:07Now PlayingDuring the questioning of Joseph Kosydar from the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office, the state asked him how long it would take the defendant, Ronnie Todd Jr., to get to the home where the double murder occurred in July 2020. Kosydar said it took investigators 11-12 minutes to get from the defendant’s home to the crime scene. The defense pointed out that Ronnie returned home at 12:19 am on July 21, and the 911 call was made around 12:13 am that same day. The defense was arguing that Ronnie could not have committed the murders because the timeline did not add up
