28:32Now PlayingOn Thursday, the court heard from the lawyer representing Maddie Mogen and Ethan Chapin’s families over photos of the crime scene that have been released. The families filed a request for a permanent injunction that would stop certain pictures and videos from “public consumption.” The lawyer argued that this release was an invasion of privacy and said that blurring these photos prior to release was not redacting them. The photos and videos could have been “actually redacted” or used a black box to cover up certain parts.
