Under the agreement, prosecutors dropped the murder charges, and Henry instead pleaded no contest to accessory after the fact and witness tampering, receiving a 10-year prison term followed by six years of probation. His co-defendant, rapper YNW Melly, remains in custody awaiting a retrial in 2027 after his first trial ended in a mistrial. YNW Bortlen could testify against his best friend, Melly.
