as posted by the channelDiane Dylewski, who knew both the victim and defendant, took the stand Tuesday to discuss the relationship between the two before Tim Smith’s death. She was part of the AA group that both men attended, and later hired Herbert Swilley to do some work on her shed. Dylewski said that Swilley would talk about Smith horribly and would scream, getting red in the face. He would tell her things like he was going to get back at Tim and that Tim was lazy and he owed him.
