The officer stated that he was called to the Walmart by a citizen who had found a child's car seat, allegedly belonging to Kennedy Hoyle. It is believed that Isabelle may have placed the car seat there. He is accused of murdering his child's mother, Danielle Hoyle, and throwing baby Kennedy into the river. She has yet to be found.
