11:41Now PlayingTyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, is expected to be in court Monday afternoon. Attorneys are battling over whether or not Robinson should appear in hearings without shackles, or in jail clothing. Robinson’s defense argues that widespread media coverage has already tainted public perception and that his courtroom appearance could further bias potential jurors. The Utah County Sheriff’s Office cites security concerns for keeping him restrained. Kirk was gunned down at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025 in front of a crowd of hundreds of people.
