Prosecutors argued that Ferguson was at fault for allowing his 15-year-old son to drive, which led to him running a two-way stop sign, causing the deaths of four people, and fleeing the scene shortly afterward. Ferguson was seen being handcuffed and escorted out of the courthouse; sentencing will take place at a later date.
