33:05Now PlayingBryan Kohberger’s team has filed an objection to the state’s request for additional restitution. The objection argues that specific funeral expenses and funds that totaled $28,956.88 do not qualify as an economic loss. It goes on to say the parents of Kaylee Goncalves and Maddie Mogen received funds through GoFundMe campaigns that covered these expenses. Kohberger’s attorneys also argue he cannot pay restitution now or in the future since he is serving four consecutive life sentences.
