5:25:46Now PlayingWilliam Kelly, 39, is accused of fatally beating 33-year-old Christine Falzone in December 2023. Falzone was 35-37 weeks pregnant at the time of her murder and the case marks the first time the state of New Hampshire has charged someone with murder in the death of a fetus. Investigators say Kelly called 911 claiming Falzone had fallen, but responding officers found she had severe injuries consistent with blunt force trauma and extensive bruising. Kelly faces two second-degree murder charges.
