as posted by the channel

In an emergency motion hearing, Anna Kepner's stepmother and her ex-husband were in court. They were in court for the judge to determine whether or not one of their children is in “imminent danger” by living in the Kepner home. The husband indicated that the children were likely engaging in activities they aren’t allowed to do in the US while traveling in international waters. The step-mother’s lawyer says her child, who is being looked at as a suspect in the death of Anna Kepner, is living at another relative's home, and the other children are not in danger living with her and her husband. Kepner was found dead in her cruise ship cabin, reportedly strangled from a bar hold.
