On Tuesday, Duane “Keefe D” Davis appeared in court for a motions hearing in the case where he’s accused of killing Tupac Shakur. His defense argued that evidence from an alleged “unlawful nighttime search” should be thrown out, but prosecutors pushed back. The judge denied the motion, and Davis is expected back in court in March 2026.
