He is accused of driving under the influence and killing NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and professional ice hockey player Matthew Gaudreau. Authorities say the two were visiting New Jersey for their sister's wedding and riding their bikes when Sean Higgins fatally hit them while trying to pass another car. Higgins seemed to be fidgety and moving around while on the Zoom call.
