Chelsea Gipson, a Lead Crime Scene Technician in the case against Kouri Richins took the stand on Tuesday. She detailed the searches she did within the Richins’ household after Eric Richins was found dead inside his bedroom in March 2022. In an April search, authorities discovered multiple significant items spread across the master bedroom and kitchen. Kouri Richins is currently on trial for the murder of her husband, Eric.
