30:44Now PlayingChristopher Blevins faced sentencing on Friday in the murder of his girlfriend, Laura Hughes. Hughes' remains were found in a refrigerator in a South Jersey forest. During sentencing, Hughes' daughter wrote a statement that was read by her father, saying that losing her mother changed her and her sister's lives. The father also spoke about the loss. Blevins' loved ones made statements about how he is a good person despite his actions. A statement was also read by Blevins saying he was remorseful of what happened. A judge sentenced him to 17 years in prison.
