Goldberg was accused of attacking his then-"90 Day Fiancé" girlfriend, Caroline Schwitzsky, while at Boca Bash in 2022. Cole Goldberg went on to testify about the Boca Bash event where the alleged strangulation happened. Goldberg said everything was fine at the event until "90 Day Fiancé" star Caroline Schwitzsky questioned him about throwing seltzers at other girls. He then spoke about an incident where a guy allegedly slapped Schwitzsky's butt when she got mad at Goldberg for not defending her enough.
