During the closing arguments, the state hammered home their theory that Cole Goldberg was deliberately attempting to kill his "90 Day Fiancé" girlfriend, Caroline Schwitzsky, at Boca Bash. The prosecution reviewed the witnesses and stated how they yelled at Goldberg to get away from her, and he only responded that she was his girlfriend.
