She is accused of shooting her boyfriend, James Barron, through a bedroom door at their home in Gainesville, Georgia, in March 2025. The state argued that Suzanne shot her boyfriend and then staged the crime scene to look like he shot at her. Police also responded to the scene and reportedly found Suzanne cleaning up his blood with towels.
