Under the plea, Paez will serve two years of community control supervision, followed by 12 years of reporting probation. She is required to attend behavioral therapy, maintain employment, and undergo a mental health evaluation and treatment if necessary. Paez’s parental rights have been terminated, and she must stay away from her minor son.
