as posted by the channel

A judge handed down a sentence of at least 20 years in prison to Kevin Ellis, who was convicted of killing his brother-in-law, Matthew Restelli. Ellis admitted to pulling the trigger and shooting Matthew seven times—but maintained he was acting in self-defense. Matthew was lured to Utah by Ellis’ sister, Kathryn Restelli, where he was shot to death by Ellis, who will have to wait 20 years before he goes before the board of parole and pardons.
