Victim Leroy Fowler’s older sister, Tammy Carbone, with the assistance of Candace Eaton, emphasized the pain and hurt she and her family have endured since Fowler was poisoned and killed by Church. Fowler’s other lover, Barbara Randall’s note was read in court, where she highlighted the suffering Fowler endured at Church’s hands. Church was ultimately sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
