as posted by the channel

Demorris Hunter was convicted of first-degree murder and theft in Florida for the 2002 killing of Theresa Ann Green, whose strangled body was found in the trunk of her car after he was seen leaving a party with her and later admitted to doing “something really bad.” Evidence also revealed Hunter had previously committed a separate murder in California, for which he is already serving a 110-year sentence. Prosecutors are now seeking the death penalty, with jurors set to decide in the penalty phase whether or not Hunter will be locked up for life or sent to death row.
