as posted by the channelOn Thursday, Texas Ranger Job Espinoza returned to the stand to discuss surveillance footage from the FedEx van used in the abduction of 7-year-old Athena Strand. In the videos, Tanner Horner is reportedly seen covering the vehicle’s front camera with a sticky note. Espinoza testified that he observed Horner doing this on Nov. 26, just four days before Athena’s death. Prosecutors allege Horner covered the camera while carrying out the attack that led to Athena’s murder.
