YouTube Description
as posted by the channelJoseph Kernin, with the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office, took the stand on Friday in the case against Josie Dikeman. He responded to the home on February 10, the day before 6-year-old Alexavier Pedrin died, to do a welfare check.
