The boy said Dikeman allegedly kicked, punched and choked Pedrin on multiple occasions and described Pedrin’s arms and legs flailing as he tried to get away from being choked. The boy also described Dikeman shoving Pedrin down the stairs. Dikeman is charged with homicide, child abuse, and neglect in the death of Pedrin, her boyfriend’s son.
