Andy recounted his version of events when his father allegedly fatally shot 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton in May 2023. Chow testified about the allegations of Carmack stealing water bottles, the chase, and the fatal gunshot. Andy claimed that the teen pointed a gun at him and that the teen was told to drop it. After the shooting, the son said his father tried to render aid, and he called 911. Andy said he was terrified and thought he was going to die.
