Tien spoke at her sentencing, stating that she loved her kids and that if she had known what was happening to them, she wouldn’t have let it go as far as it did. Hawkins’ boyfriend, Brian Moser, was sentenced to 17 to 22.5 years behind bars for the death of the toddler.
