3:31Now PlayingDuring a parental rights hearing on Wednesday, the judge questioned Dakota Mortensen about photos showing him transporting his 2-year-old child on a motorcycle during a custody exchange with Taylor Frankie Paul. Taylor Frankie Paul’s attorney argued that allowing the child to ride on the motorcycle was unsafe. Mortensen’s attorney responded that he believed the child’s helmet provided adequate protection. The judge ultimately ruled that the child may no longer be transported on a motorcycle and must instead travel in a four-wheeled vehicle.
