1:29:23Now PlayingPamela Smart, who was sentenced to life in prison for plotting her husband’s murder with her teenage lover, virtually attended a hearing on Monday. Smart is seeking a new trial with the hopes of overturning her conviction for orchestrating Gregory Smart’s 1990 murder. Smart’s attorneys filed the petition in January, claiming several constitutional violations. The judge will take Smart’s petition under advisement and should have a decision within 30-60 days.
