39:19Now PlayingDuring testimony in the trial of Mario Fernandez, a detective detailed Henry Tenon’s arrest as investigators closed in on the man accused of killing Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan. Prosecutors allege Fernandez and Shanna Gardner paid Tenon, a tenant at a property they owned, to carry out the 2022 murder. Jurors also saw a clip of bodycam footage from Tenon’s arrest. Fernandez, who married Gardner after her divorce from Bridegan, is the first of three defendants to stand trial in connection with Bridegan’s killing.
