The U. S. Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, has ruled that a Copyright/Patent holder has no recourse over Infringement by State Governments. Nautilus/Rick Allen sued North Carolina after it posted footage of Blackbeard's Pirate Ship "Queen Anne's Revenge" on N.C.'s website.
