Is Liebowitz the VICTIM? Part Two: Reenactment! (Craig v. Popmatters)

After Copyright Troll Richard P. Liebowitz filed a case in the wrong district, a judge order the Plaintiff to pay $24,040.45 in attorney's fees. The Plaintiff, Glen Craig, sent a letter to the judge explaining that he never gave Liebowitz permission to file the case. After Richard revealed an email from his client saying "no no go after", the judge held a hearing to get testimony under oath. This is our reenactment of that hearing.
