Twitter "Public Forum" Lawsuit DISMISSED (Rutenburg v. Twitter)

Maria Rutenburg's lawsuit against Twitter alleging the improper termination of Donald Trump's account has been dismissed for failing to alleged actual "state action". The First Amendment's right against restrictions on speech only applies to the government and not to private entities.
