It's Day 85 - Why are the Delphi Documents Still Not Public?

It's day 85, and the exhibits from the Delphi murders case against Richard Allen STILL are not public. We talk about the delay and what we learned from Dateline's motion to get a few of the documents into the public domain.

Richard Allen has been convicted of murdering two young teens, Abby Williams and Libby German, who were doing nothing other than going for a walk on an unseasonably warm February day in 2017. He claims he is being framed by Odinists, who are also his prison guards. His lawyers argue that Libby and Abby were killed in a ritualistic murder and Nordic runes were painted in blood on trees or arranged on the bodies of the young girls.
