YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Tyler Robinson hearing today is one of the wildest I've ever seen. I give you a summary and then we watch the first witness testify together.
The defense moved to disqualify the entire prosecution team, and then at the hearing tried to disqualify the prosecution team from the hearing, even asking that their brief be stricked. After a slip in the broadcast video, the court sanctioned the media -- but only the video media. It was a roller coaster ride in the case of Tyler Robinson, accused of shooting and killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
