Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer asked UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson at Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday whether it is right that NHS workers and care staff coming from abroad have to pay a surcharge to use the NHS.
Boris Johnson says those contributions raise £900m and it would be “very difficult” to find additional funding if it were scrapped.
