YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIain Dale and his Cross Question panel discuss whether Keir Starmer handled Rishi Sunak's 'trans comments' at PMQs correctly or if he unnecessarily made the situation worse.
Sunak is facing calls to say sorry after joking about Labour's position on trans people, while the mum of murdered transgender teenager Brianna Ghey was present in Parliament.
During PMQs, the PM appeared to poke fun at Starmer for u-turning on "defining a woman", but number 10 has doubled down on Sunak's words, stating that it was 'legitimate' to question the Labour Leader's position.
Tory MP Laura Trott even doubled down on this stance while speaking to Andrew Marr on LBC, stating that Sunak's comments were 'not related' to the Brianna Ghey case.
