10:58Now PlayingAs the Tories plan to redefine the legal definition of the word 'sex', Nick Ferrari speaks to Women and Equalities Minister, Kemi Badenoch .
Badenoch stresses that the world should refer to 'biological sex' and not 'redefined meanings of the word.'
She also emphasises the need to stop some 'exploiting' the system in order to protect the 'most vulnerable'.
'Changing your clothes doesn’t change who you are,' Badenoch says.
'We want people who are trans to be protected as well.
'People who want to change their clothes should not be able to exploit the scenarios we have prepared and the laws we’ve put in place to protect those people who are genuine transgender people or suffer from gender dysphoria.'
