As the Tories pledge to double the threshold for child benefits, Nick asks David Johnston to clarify the child allowance for his listeners.
However, he's unable to produce an answer.
"Er... That I’m afraid I don’t know, it’s not actually a department for education policy," Johnston admits.
"I should have found out before I came on here."
"Astonishing," Nick emphasises in response.
