Seamus says, as a working person, he has been 'shafted' by Labour's plan and accuses the government of of pretending not to know what they were going to inherit before they won the General Election.
Frank says it is 'nonsense' that taxes will be paid from the 'collective pocket' and, to which Iain Dale accuses him of being 'patronising' towards Seamus' point of view.
