James O'Brien is joined by investigative journalist, Peter Geoghegan, to discuss how Donald Trump's campaigns have reportedly received $45 million from Tufton Street donors.

A joint investigation by Democracy for Sale and Byline Times has found that Trump and various Republican campaigns in the US have received over $45 million (£35 million) from donors linked to a network of influential right-wing think tanks in the UK.

According to US election and corporate records, at least 15 individuals and companies who have funded Tufton Street over the last decade have contributed this huge sum to Trump, Trump-supporting political groups, and Republican candidates in various state elections.

Among those who have donated to both Tufton Street and Republican campaigns ahead of Tuesday's election are British American Tobacco, an Ukraine-sanctioned billionaire, a top financier, and an American heiress.
