4:36Now PlayingDuring PMQs last week, Keir Starmer said a decision allowing a Palestinian family the right to remain in the UK after they applied through a scheme designed for Ukrainian refugees was "wrong" and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper had got her team "working on closing this loophole".
Now, senior Conservatives have rebuked the judge over her remarks, with Suella Braverman calling the comments a 'ludicrous attack,' and Michael Gove blasting them as simply 'wrong'.
Former Attorney General Ms Braverman told LBC: “Politicians must be able to speak truthfully about our justice system and laws.
“Suggesting that judgements are beyond legitimate questioning by democratically elected MPs is misguided."
