3:11Now PlayingMatthew Wright gave up after caller Andrew objects to Britain 'offering an EU youth mobility scheme'.
The caller believed it would 'open up the borders' to people who would 'cause a lot of problems'.
Matthew Wright explained that there are limitations on the scheme, such as the young people arriving would only be allowed to live and work in the UK for up to three years.
He reiterated that this was not a 'one way, but reciprocal' arrangement, as 18-30 year olds would be given a similar level of access in the EU, as part of Keir Starmer's 'resetting' of relations with Europe post-Brexit.
