Starmer is scheduled to meet Trump on Thursday, in discussions that could help shape the relationship between the UK and the US for the next four years.
Johnson also emphasises that while President Zelenskyy is focused on ending the war in Ukraine, the real negotiations are between the U.S. and Russia.
"This is between the U.S. and Russia—those are the two players. The dealmakers are those two," he stresses.
On trade, he warns that Europe should be concerned about potential Trump tariffs and highlights agriculture as a key sticking point in a U.S.-U.K. trade deal.
